JOIN ROTARY TODAY AND HELP US MAKE A DIFFERENCE……………………………………
What is a typical Rotarian? “It is me, it is you, it is anyone who wants to give back in even the most simple of ways” – Past President Jane Hart-Simmons.
As a Rotarian you will meet like-minded people who care about communities and in turn you will undoubtedly make new friends, as well as enjoying the benefits of: business networking; personal development; inspiring speakers; having a great deal of fun; and, experiencing that special sense of fulfilment that comes from achieving something really worthwhile, whether through the fellowship of other members, or more especially as a volunteer within your local community.
The object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service to the community as a basis of worthy enterprise and, in particular, to encourage and foster:
- The development of acquaintance as an opportunity of service.
- High ethical standards in business and professions, the recognition of worthiness of all useful occupations and the dignifying of each Rotarian’s occupation as an opportunity to serve society.
- The application of the ideal of service in each Rotarian’s personal, business and community life.
- The advancement of international understanding
